In order to face with the impetuous media competition of the newspaper media which stands in the front of the Knowledge Economics,newspaper must accept the challenge of the international media competitor.They must cultivate the core competitive ability and pay more attention to inspire people's enthusiasm and creation.The best way for our country's newspaper reformation of the human resource management mechanism is to build the prompting leading human resource management mechanism which views the prompting mechanism as the most important thing and grasp the key of human resource management.Since the reformation from 1978,our country began to switch from planning economy to marketing economy.The newspaper also began with the third news reformation which contains the human resource management system.This paper retrospects the reformation of human resource system in twenty years and analyzes the causes of the success and failure.Our country's newspaper reformation achieved a series of achievements during the process of switching from traditional human resource management to modern management.Yet it still has some shortages,among which the ambiguity of the newspaper property is the biggest bottleneck. It causes the two poles in the human resource management that leads to the confliction of the two systems.As for the current situation of our country's newspaper reformation,this paper proposes as follows: Firstly,the property of the newspaper as corporation should be clarified in order to reform the media management system.Secondly, the major prompting factors of newspaper employees should be analyzed in order to build a pack of perfect human resource management mechanism.Finally,the different prompting schemes for investors,managers and operating employees should be implemented in order to prompt their enthusiasm and creation.
