Research On Network Supply Chain Management System Based On ASP Mode For Die & Mould Enterprises

Nowadays, with the integration of global economy, the increasing dependence among enterprises and more and more individualization of user requirement, the competition among enterprises formerly becomes that among SCs(Supply Chains), and SCM(Supply Chain Management) is becoming more and more important as a new completion strategy of enterprise. However, ASP mode gives a chance to practice SC & SCM to enterprises, especially small and medium enterprises when it appearances. Only some rent were paid and no any investment in relative information technology, devices and professional persons when ASP mode adopted. ASP can provide better service level for enterprises and enable them to develop its core competitive power concentratively without the distraction running their information departments. In consideration of this, this paper combined with the major project of manufacture informationization engineering of Fujian province-The numeralization design and innovation service alliance, set up network SCMS(Supply Chain Management System) based on ASP mode for die & mould enterprises trying to organize die & mould enterprise network SC quickly and shorten production and manufacture cycle of die & mould products and improve die & mould enterprise competitive power in market, and to adapt them to queasy market.In chapter one, the background, conception, research status quo and trend, and the practice situation and challenges of SCM is discussed; the conception, contents of service, and advantages of ASP mode is narrated. Then the research objectives, significance and contents of this paper is presented according to die & mould industry.In chapter two, the requirement characteristics for die & mould are analyzed, the method is put forward that a network SC based on ASP mode for die & mould enterprises should be constructed and used to realize its SCM. Simultaneously, the detailed formation process of network SC of die & mould enterprises, and the construction of ASP common service platform is illustrated.In chapter three, according to the demands of SCMS for Web database, the current Web database development techniques are analyzed and compared, and the Web database-based solution to the SCMS of die & mould enterprise is developed. In chapter four, the cooperated partner matching model and algorithm for members of die & mould enterprises is specialized, and the overall multiple target evaluation method based on AHP is used, firstly, and then the fuzzy decision is adopted to choose optimum cooperated partner.In chapter five, the solution of four subsystem, the systems for providers, leagued members, clients and the third party administrators, is developed, and their detailed function design and database design is also accomplished, as a result, the network SCM of correlative enterprises for die & mould design and manufacture is realized.
