Temperature which plays an important role in people’s lives,is one of the most common and important process parameters in the industrial processes.In many fields of metallurgical production,chemical production,power engineering,machinery manufacturing and food processing,temperature detection and control are required.With the continuous development of the modern industry,the measurement of the temperature has become increasingly demanding,the range of applications has become increasingly wide,and the corresponding indicators have become increasingly stringent.The collection and monitoring of temperature have become a very important technical requirement in the production process.However,the existing temperature system has some defects,just as a small range in the temperature measurement,a low accuracy in the temperature control,a large scale in equipment maintenance,and a large investment etc.By the analysis and research of the characteristics and working principles of the different temperature sensors,facing the strengths and weaknesses of the thermocouple sensor,a temperature acquisition system based on the thermocouple sensor is designed.The system,which uses the data acquisition chips for the double-ended differential acquisition,selects four channels of time-sharing input temperature signals and has a CPLD control core to monitor and control the temperature data.The temperature acquisition procedures,the M-Module protocol and the PC communication agreement are written by the Verilog HDL to improve the communication speed and the stability of the system.Finally by the simulation and test,the results show that the temperature data collected by the system can basically meet the design requirements with the high precision and the stable performance. |
