The research object of this paper is to provide a reliable and highly accurate measurement module of design for temperature measurement system of our company’s petroleum industrial instrument.A highly reliable and precise temperature measurement module is designed by the induction of redundancy and anti-jamming theory to provide a better solution.The content of this paper include:1. The research of the improvement of measurement module theory, structure and the design of working principle.2. The deduction of mathematical model of redundancy mode of import system.3. The research of new sensor and the test process; related parameter of sensor.4. Building up of the formation scheme of application system5. The design of circuit redundancy containing power-supply parallel- connection redundancy and measurement modules warm redundancy, transform unit and malfunction alarm unit.6. Optimization ideas The topic of this paper is from reality and is valued in practice. It has been testified by product. The result is agreeable and has a wide application prospect.
