After a lot of of basic research and clinical research, the effect of intelligent temperature controlled ratio frequency technology in pain and other diseases has been confirmed by practice.This paper describes the design process of intelligent temperature controlled ratiofrequency device, and analyzes and describes the function of each part in details.Firstly, the paper designes the system solution of an intelligent temperature controlled radio frequency device.The whole system is divided into panel control module, main control module,RF power amplifier and power supply circuits.Secondly, a panel control module is designed. A graphics/text LCD module JM240128G with 240×128 dot matrix is used for graphics/data display. A chip ZLG7290B is used for keyboard scanning and LED management.Thirdly, the main control circuit is designed, which includes a sinusoidal signal generation circuit based DDS with 460kHz and 0-±10V amplitude, accurate measuring circuits of RF signal's voltage and current, a precision measure circuit of thermocouple temperature,USB interface circuit and a main control embedded circuit. The amplitude of sinusoidal signal can be adjusted automatically, RF power and the temperature of lesions and damaged parts of a body can be precisely measured, and the impedance of a body is derived.Fourthly, RF power amplifier circuit is designed. The circuit amplifies 0-±10V and 460kHz sinusoidal signal to 0-±150V amplitude to ensure the effectiveness of thermal coagulation.Fifthly, the system's AC/DC power supply circuits is designed. The circuit provides four isolated DC power supply:+110V,+33V,±15V,+10V and +5V, and supply the RF power amplifier circuitry, the main control circuit and the panel control circuitry respectively.Sixthly, PC control software based USB is programmed with VC++, and embedded system software of radiofrequency device is programmed with C language.The whole system is integrated.Finally, the system experiment is done.According to experimental results, the intelligent temperature controlled radiofrequency device can measure temperature, power and other parameter accurately. RF signal can controlled intelligently according to the system setting and the temperature of damaged parts can rise to the set value quickly. The temperature can be measured precisely and temperature Control precisionis high.
