The Dynamic Project Management System Of Shaan Xi Shui Dian Yuan

In order to keep up with the development of modern management system and the implementation of the information recourse management, it is an urgent need of modern corporations to apply the computer network techniques to achieve the integrative information recourse management within the corporation and to provide services to other corporations.The purpose of this study is to discuss the application of the information management system following the principles of modern corporation management which include the macro-designing of the project management system based on the computer network, the optimization and the entirety of the database, the procession management, the conflict models, the system security strategies, the form printings, and the efficient software testing methods, etc. The dynamic project management system that was designed with the above mentioned techniques, which has been adopted by the Shaanxi Institution of Hydroelectric Reconnaissance and Designing, has been running well and has greatly enhanced the management as well as the efficiency which generated significant profits for this corporation.The designing and the implement of this system is a new advanture of the application of the modern management principles using the computer network techniques which will be a helpful reference for other corporations to launch such tasks.
