Management information system (MIS) is an important part for enterprise information integration,it can link up the information inside and outside an enterprise and makes the information integrated and shared in the enterprise. On the background of the Project MIS of Shaanxi Pucheng Power Plant Co,ltd,the modeling procedure and realization method of sub-module project MIS is analyzed,the important foundation of information integration is supplied for this class enterprise.First,the existing project management flow and characteristic of the company are analyzed. On the base of this,the project MIS general scheme of the Pucheng Power Plant Co,ltd is put forward;the system consists of six sub-modules. That is:project and contact input,contact query,contact update,contact counting,contact report and system maintaining and BDEFO method is adopted in analyzing system function model,IDEFlx method is adopted in establishing concept model and physical database is designed. And same time,the auditing route layout,substitute system,message board and user purview management are made based on user's demanding.Windows 2000 and SQL Server 2000 and ASP net programming is regarded as software scheme in project MIS,the system is easy to use,and interface is friendly,operation simply,it is proud of enterprise.
