Function Of The Telecom Integrated Network Management System And Its Implement In Local Network

Combining with the existing local telecommunication network management and the trend of the integrated network management system, this author discusses the meaning of constructing integrated networkmanagement system and the key technical issue to be solved--how to makeinterfaces consistent and obtain management information. The author lists the basic function of the local telecommunication integrated network management system and presents the details of Fault Management (FM), Performance Management (PM), Configuration Management (PM) and System Management (SM) modules based on the guidelines of the Ministry of Information Industry and the local demand of Tai' an. Integrated network management system will be more and more whole-network oriented , full-scaled operation system and intelligent.
