The construction of IP integrated networkmanagement system, gradually centralized management of IP backbone network,metropolitan area network, broadband access network, softswitch network, networkcarrying a variety of equipment, DCN network, the provincial NOC centralizedmonitoring of the network, centralized operation; at the same time, according tobusiness needs, gradually increase the comprehensive service network managementsystem of open security ability, network and customer oriented, product oriented servicesupport capability, and gradually enhance the feature analysis and the ability to controltraffic, promote the related supporting system, to carry out effective support.
