Design And Realzation Of Hainan Telecom Integrated Data Network Management System

Currently the telecommunication network adopts the equipments of several factories, which according to various correspondence techniques, multi-business, multi-systems of telecommunication foundation network. This situation enlarges difficulty for maintenance the network. On the other hand, the communications technique develops continuously, and the new technique, new equipments, new business appears continuously, which makes the maintenance and management of communications network become more complicated. For the sake of improving service quantity, strengthening competition ability, providing the best service quantity toward the customer, it is necessary to discover that the equipments faults and actively provide the customer business guarantee in time, provide for the large customer continuously new of, the business of the high quantity, make the network and businesses produce huge economic performance. Building up a set of new management mode aimed at the network resources and the network structures to adapt its new technique, many business, the cross-platform characteristics as well, adopt the Integrated management system will be a feasible way to solve the problem.In consideration of above-mentioned circumstance of the telecommunication network management, this paper uses the layer design principle and telecommunications of the international telecommunication alliance ITU- TMN to manage the function mold piece of the forum eTOM structure to design, in order to achieve ability of the system network management and the business management of the TMN and eTOM networks. The system is developed based on technique and method of the object, so it has good property in openness,extensiveness and compatibility.
