Study On System Integration Of Development Platform Of Networked Product Customization Systems

With the rapid evolution of the information and network technologies, the networked sale and customization is becoming the important development strategy of modern manufacturing enterprise's marketing policy. The integrated circumstance is key elements for the operation of network-based product sales and customization; it is expected that the integration technology play a vital role in the Networked Sale and Customization Systems. Moreover, the integration technology will be the main trend of enterprise's system and the focus in this research area.Based on the analysis and exploration of several crucial problems of the Development Platform for Networked Sale and Customization Systems, this paper proposes a system integration technology solution of Development Platform for Networked Sale and Customization Systems. The solution refers to the development of system integration technology and includes the data integration and systems integration.As far as the data integration is concerned, the paper does some research work on the data standard of enterprise system data integration, a unification description method of products and the integration of heterogeneous data integration., Utilizing the XML technology which is popular in the circle, we made the criterion about data integration; then we advanced a unification description method of products and object-oriented customization based on the method, which solved the problems of the description method of products and a rigid code pattern of products information in the networked sale and customization system; finally, we made the heterogeneous dada integration model that solve the heterogeneous data integration problem.To the aspect of System Integration, combining with EDI, XML/EDI, RosettaNet implementation framework and workflow criterion, this paper presents a kind of method of System Integration among enterprises based on XML/EDI; sets forward the framework of System Integration among enterprises based on RosettaNet Technique Criterion, dose some researches from the system integration architecture and the composition of this architecture.In the end, based on the technique architecture of System Integration, the system integration software module of Networked Sale & Customization System is developed and implemented to the Networked Sale & Customization System of Chongqing Huatao Pottery & Ceramics Corporation. It's proved that this software module can fulfill therequirements of system integration among enterprises successfully.
