A Study On College Librarian Human Resource Allocation

On the first, the paper has proceeded the idea of 'library revitalization through profession'. 18 items that implied FuZhou three colleges library human resource condition were inquired. According to this inquisition, a conclusion was obtained that the college library human resource allocation doesn't satisfactory and lacks the institution on the human resource management. In addition to the reasons disposed on overview, the economics basement and ecology basement, which show the reason why the college library human resource allocation is low, were pointed out too.
