Study And Development Of The General Virtual Experiment Instrument System Of Information Specialty In College

The application of virtual instruments technology in experiment teaching is very important for improving the quality of teaching and uniting laboratories into an experiment center. This paper provides a scheme of general virtual experiment instruments system, which is adapted for experiment teaching. The system is composed of a general analog measure and control module, a general switch measure and control module, a general pulse measure and control module, a virtual function generator, a virtual meter of frequency, cycle and phase.A big special feature of this system is to attain general use of the module to the best, which try for using the lease of experiment instrument to complete the most of experiment contents. Each module can apply in many student experiments of information specialty. Joining together the strong function of the computer at the same time, this system represent the advantage of virtual instrument well, that can very effectively elevate the result of experiments and decrease the experiment budget. Moreover, this system not only is applicable to the student experiments, but also can be directly applied in engineering project, which produces the larger economic benefit.In this paper, the structure and performance of hardware is described in detail. The software such as virtual faceplates, communications software, data processing software, control algorithms software and so on, was compiled. For letting the reader understand the usage of that system, we enumerated a familiar experiment respectively aiming at the general analog measure and control module, the general switch measure and control module, the general pulse measure and control module, and elaborated on how to use the each module complete these experiments. Finally, we discuss the scheme that how to use three modules of this system to reconstruct the filter tip molding set of Jinan General Group.
