With the development of science and technology and ever-changing applications,the requirements of measurement accuracy and speed of measuring instruments continue to increase.More and more attention has been paid to the system applications for pulse signal parameter measurement.FPGA is a highdensity programmable logic device that makes extensive use of look-up tables and registers.It is widely used because of its design flexibility,programmable and high performance.By combining the advantages of both,a high precision,fast,small size and easy to carry system which is pulse signal parameter measurement system based on FPGA is designed.In this paper,according to the phenomenon of distortion in the signal transmission process,an overall design scheme of a pulse signal parameter measurement system based on FPGA is proposed.And the measurement method of each parameter in the measurement system is described.The purpose of this system is to measure frequency,duty cycle,amplitude,rising edge time.And the system is divided into amplification module,plastic module,data acquisition module,data processing module,peak detection module,wireless communication module,remote monitoring and display module.Amplifier module is designed by AD8367 and the shaping module chooses TLV3501 chip.The signal processed by amplifier and shaping module will be entered into the data acquisition module which is implemented by FPGA.The function of this module is realized by Verilog language.The collected data will be transferred to the SOPC system,and it will be processed by C language in the system.In Keil ?Vision5 environment,STM32 is designed by using the official firmware library.The design includes serial port analysis,data processing and information display module.The system use STM32's ADC function and peak detector chip AD606 to complete the pulse signal amplitude measurement.It use STM32's DAC function and shaping module to deal with the pulse signal and then input into the FPGA to collect the rising edge parameter.Finally,the network communication is realized by ESP8266,and through it the data will be transmitted to the host computer for remote monitoring and display.And the measurement data is permanently stored in the database.
