Research About General Control Modules Based On MCS-51 SCM

The purpose of this paper is to offer a set of general measure and control module system with low cost and many channels.At present, it has become a trend to adopt computer control technology and system integration technology to form kinds of control systems. The general measure and control module is the basic part of system integration. According to the present basic demand for measure and control system, the paper has developed a set of general measure and control module system. The merits of the system are low cost, many channels, either as the interface module of mainframe after online or as a separate system after offline, to work in bad industrial environment because of its perfect protection and anti-jamming measures.This system includes general switch I/O module, general pulse I/O module, PT100 temperature control modular, AD590 temperature control modular, thermocouple temperature control modular, and general analog output module. The features of every module as follow: 1 more channels are designed, or we can increase channels conveniently. The users only choose one module of the same kind of modules, when he controls the single equipment. The unnecessary hardware redundancy is avoided and the cost of integration is reduced enormously. 2 Every module has its keyboard and display to form the simple HMI. The user can control every module conveniently. 3 The perfect protection measures have used in designs of every module, such as isolation, the current limiting, the two stabilized voltages of power source, and the prevention of power source receiving on the contrary. So the system can work in bad industrial environment. 4 The all I/O channels have an ability of adjusting signals and driving itself on certain level. The channels can be connected with the equipment directly in most control occasions. In this paper, besides the peripheral hardware circuit, much software has been completed such as the software of SCM, communications software, dataprocessing software, control algorithms software and so on.
