From pulse diagnosis of Chinese herbalist doctor to the research of cardiovascularsystem by modern medicine, they all have showed and proved that human pulse has a goodaffinity with diseases, especially cardiovascular diseases. The pulse signal contains muchphysical information, and it reflects and output the internal state of motion in cardiac.Nowadays, using the advanced technology to detect and analyze the pulse signal will bepropitious to know the human healthy state early so as to get therapy and recovery early.In this paper, based on the program of "the pulse signal automatic monitoring andpositioning system based on GSM wireless transmission", it mainly analyzes how to designand implement the pulse of the detection system with automatic alarm and positioningfunction. In this system, SC32440 chip is used as core processor. Collect the pulse signal withsensors and process it through the pulse detection algorithm, and combined with the collectedblood oxygen saturation value from the blood oxygen analyzer to obtain physical condition ofusers. If the user's physical condition is abnormal, the buzzer ring alarm, GPS(GlobalPositioning System)module obtains the user's geographical location, GSM module sends textmessages and rings alarm warning phone to the pre-established phone, and lets users get caretimely.Modern signal processing techniques is used to deal with pulse signals. At present, manyscientific researchers engaged in Chinese medicine diagnosis objective study. The morecommonly algorithms of pulse signal analysis is cepstrum algorithm, the wavelettransformation, Hibert-Huang midlands and time domain analysis algorithm. In this paper,two algorithms-cepstrum analysis and time domain algorithm are analyzed and compared.In this project, the time domain algorithm is adopted. To implement the pulse signalfiltering de-noising, the band-pass filters and moving average method are used. Extract thecycle signal through the extraction of peaks and troughs and analyze the cycle signal. Thephysiological parameters K value is regards as the standard for the evaluation which is provedthat it is good applicability and importance in integrated value. The K value, combined withthe blood oxygen saturation value and heart rate to judge the user's physical condition.
