| Fieldbus is the synthesis of modern electronic technology, computer technology, communication technology and control technique, and becomes a researching hot spot in the present automatization domain. Its development reformed the traditional control system, applying fieldbus technology, a new network integration type, full-distributed control system can be made, which is called Fieldbus Control System(FCS).In FCS, control strategy configuration software is the core of the whole system, which is used to construct control system quickly and exactly, it is one of the key parts in achieving the whole system. This paper aims at exploiting a graphic control strategy configuration software, in order to create required control strategy of controller.The work of this paper is a part of the national key research project of Ministry of Science and Technology "DKJ-7530 fieldbus complex control system", which is undertook by ChongQing Institute of Industrial Automation and Instrumentation, its mainly include analyzing DKJ-7530 FCS architecture, hardware constitution and software system deeply, analyzing the hardware and software constitution of controller deeply, on the basis, putting forward the realization scheme of DKJ-7530 system's control strategy configuration software. The scheme has characteristic below:(1) Using popular C/S(client/server) structure mode, the software was divided into operation station software and controller software, which functioned independently, and it has good maintainability;(2) Based on explaining principle, executive mode made the exploiting difficulty of operation station software equal to the controller software's, and the software take full advantage of controller;(3) The software includes all kinds of PID control function, can achieve the configuration of control system in common use;(4) Exchanging data with real-time database by using ODBC mode, which is the most ripe technically, easy to achieve and can be common use.Using the latest Visual Studio.NET2003 as developing tool, the author designed the operation station software, and illuminated the achieving method and key technique of this software. This software can accomplish the configuration, debugging and building of single-loop control system, series control system, ratio control system, and can upload strategy files to other controllers. The software has several beneficial effects includingfriendly interface, powerful and easy for engineering application, good expansion function etc.Applying ActiveX Controls, the thesis encapsulated the control algorithm, and adopted popular Document-View structure mode to deal with the whole control system, according to the specialty of FCS, the author presented the two points above, which are available exploration of control strategy configuration software.
