Information-gap, as the result of unequal mass communication, it exists widely between different country, stratum and individual. Under the foundation of the other bachelor's research, the article not only expounds and proves how the information-gap comes into being and its influence, but also analyzes information-gap in China, further more, the article mentions how people's information-literacy affects information-gap; and shout to people that they should raise their information-literacy in order to reduce information-gap in information era; at last the article demonstrates the necessity and measures that we strengthen information-literacy-education in China . The thesis includes six parts .The first part shows wide existing of information-gap and analyzes the reason that information-gap comes into being through such aspects: different political and economical status of country's, area's and individual's; individual difference in mentality and culture; unfair media; individual information-literacy .The second part expounds the influence of information-gap to country, area, stratum and individual through the right side and the obverse side.The third part shows the diversity character of information-gap that exists widely between different are, stratum and individual .The fourth part analyses the implications of information-gap and the necessity to enhance information-literacy especially for young people .The fifth part discuses the definition about information-literacy-education andits measures in china.
