The Research And Implementation Of Office Automation System Based On J2EE

With the information and economic time coming, knowledge turns to be the key resource of enterprise growing. The most degree of grasping and using knowledge turns into the core of information construct. Research and development of internet office automation(i-OA ) system whose core is knowledge management come to the new time.The paper introduced the i-OA system of the third oil extraction factory of ChanQing oil field. Author carried through a large amount of practice and theoretics research.The paper outlined the origin, development and charactoristic of i-OA system based on knowledge management. Introduced the important work that author had done in actual project.The paper expounded that the emphases of knowledge management is identifing, obtaining, developing, decomposing, memorizing and shareing. Data warehouse and OLAP technology were analyzed in enterprise management system.Discussed technology plan in the paper,such as multi-layer model, MVC designe model and J2EE.The paper introduced the layout and construct of i-OA system. The paper also introduced the research and implement of the workflow module and the voucher module based on MVC.Some policy were analyzed in mapping result of OOD into RDB.The paper discussed Oracle data warehouse and some problems and solving methods in i-OA system were given.In distribution module,design method and process in all phases of data warehouse were discussed.In this paper,the problem of i-OA system were introduced.At last, Combined with author's research field and experince, some problems and software reuse view were given.Based on the difficulties during developing, we also summarized the problems of our design and purpose the development direction of further research in the future .
