The Research On The Monitoring And Pre-Alert Of Project Manage Information Of The Mould Collaborative Making

The development of the network technology has brought a great revolution into manufacturing, it was just under this condition that the agile manufacturing developed into a new manufacturing pattern. One kind of manner to realize the agile manufacturing is the Virtual Enterprise, whose basic critical technologies have been studied by many scholars at home or abroad and a series of percepts were brought forward to resolve them. Planning and controlling a project are the most important aspects to operate a project-based virtual enterprise. And how to supervise with and pre-alert to a cooperative project planning involved by customers effectively plays a critical role to complete the whole project smoothly.How to supervise with and pre-alert to a project drove by customers in a virtual manufacturing enterprise was studies in this article. Firstly, the present research status of virtual enterprises at home or abroad and basic situations of mould enterprises in our country was analyzed. The author thinks that the virtual mould enterprise is an effective method for mould enterprises in our country to develop advantages and avoid disadvantages to build up the competitive capability by using existing resource. The framework and managing pattern of conventional enterprises have already not adapted to the modern management, so we came up with a framework between cooperative enterprises combining with the idea of matrix organizational structure in project management. Secondly, we demonstrated the importance and necessity of supervision and pre-alert in the procedure of carrying out the mould cooperative manufacturing project, and analyze principles and aim of building supervising and pre-alerting system of the project, and put forward a theoretic model of supervising and pre-alerting system of the mould cooperative manufacturing project. We used the object-oriented UML(Unified Modeling Language) to analyze the demands of this system and the flow of the whole manufacturing process involved by customers , the hegemony enterprise and cooperative enterprises together, and design the class diagram of the system. At thesame time, we brought forward a probability model of time limit for a project under the condition that it wasn't definite according to the character of the mould project, and studied the method of calculating the indefinite critical route, and used this model to predict the rate of progress of a project.Finally, we designed corresponding functional module, and adopted platform DotNET and database management system SQL Server of Microsoft to design an originsystem having B/S structure.
