Recently, the production of Medium Density Fiberboard has developed greatly in our country. Because of its extensive range of application and its good qualities, MDF has been accepted widely by user. But in our country, the technique level of MDF production is relatively lower than that of foreign's. Comparing with the introduced product line, the line of our country has some weak points still. And the domestic product line seldom designs the corresponding computer monitored control system. Only in recent years, some section has used PLC, but the computer control level drops behind.According to the actual problem of production, this paper intent to build a real-time monitored control system for defibrator in MDF based on the advanced control system, which, finally, becomes a sub-system of the whole production. Thus, it lays the foundation for the enterprise.After all-sidedly considering the reusability and expandability of software platform in the monitoring system, in this paper, we mainly utilize the development technique of real-time system, Object-Oriented Design method and Direct Manipulation feature. According to the demand in MDF production, we put forward a kind of an enterprise's network scheme based on LAN and fieldbus for the first time, which accomplishes the module design of the system structure and program. And finally, we develop the software system based on ForceControl configuration software. We present the dynamic vision to user friendly, which makes the operator monitor the whole production process.
