Study On The Feasibility Assessment Software Of Medium Density Fiberboard Investment

Before every project will be put into production, we should study whether it is feasible at first. So that scientific decisions can be made easily to increase investment efficiency of the project. Information and data needed by the procession of demonstration are achieved by investigating and forecasting wood-market and come from Medium Density Fiberboard pressing experiments. During analyzing feasibility of Medium Density Fiberboard investment project producing ten thousands cubic meter per year in detail, the author combines method of dynamic state analysis with method of static state analysis. In base of theory of feasibility study, the author develops and designs the software system about the investment feasibility analysis of Medium Density Fiberboard by the Visual Basic 5.0 language's advancement in direction of exploiting database such as system structure of database, devising of control package of ActiveX, security line route etc.. Through running this software, we achieve the results include three rates (That is to say the rate of investment profit, the rate of investment tax and the rate of internal earnings) which all reaches the normal standard of man-made board trade. So the author draws a conclusion that the investment project is feasible, In the end, the author studies indefiniteness of the analytical procession, obtains the balance point of profit and loss of MDF production and finds out some sensitive elements and their influence degree.
