Study And Application Configuration Software On MDF Glue Making And Applying

Through synthetically analyzing the technology, method and experience of international Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) production, the paper put forward an idea about using configuration software on MDF glue making and applying, owing to our lower automatic extent and efficiency on it. Combining the systemic and procedural design of MDF glue making and applying with configuration software, a control system is erected.This paper simulates the practically condition of production, and uses the kingview6.01 as tool to build control system. In control aspect, the mature technique-PID is adapted, the system parameter is confirmed by simulation software-Matlab.The system can change state itself along with following condition and show supervisory control interfaces. It reduces the request of operators, perfects the control procedure, makes control procedure more automatic, and then control glue making complying with blend ratio, spray fiber with glue equably too. Moreover, the system can also realize analyzing curve, writing down data, giving an alarm, browsing report and printing.From study, the result proved that: it's feasible to apply configuration software on MDF glue making and applying production. Not only can it be used for glue making and applying but also for other parts of MDF production, so as to compose whole MDF production as a distributed control system.
