Computer Control Technology, Medium-density Fiberboard Production

The field of fuzzy sets and fieldbus have made rapid progess in recent years .This paper primarily combines Fuzzy control algorithm with computer control, implements application in the man-made board plant?It describes the brief development status, the basic princioles and the application .Aiming at actual problem ,1 study applying fuzzy control algorithm to adjust the PID parameters, and develop and ameliorate the self-tuning fuzzy control algorithm . Through analyzing the actual problem, we design different controllers to implement different dasks. Applying fuzzy control to control the temperature of glue , through the results of simulation and application, fuzzy controllers can be competent for it's salt. The design of fuzzy PID controller is simple and easy, as comparied with general parameter adaptation, it has strong adaptation and robust ness, and furthermore precision. The simulation experiment shows that the self-tuning fuzzy control algorithm can get good control of system prediction,, Through the WonderWare software, we impose SIEMENS network and intelligent controls to establish a distributed and intelligent control system .
