Business Exchange Model In ERP System Of Group Company

Recently, ERP is the most important subject in the research works of computer technology. By means of computer technology.it quantifies the foudamental specifications and conceptions which have been formed in enterprises.After continual research and sampling in the field of ERP.a set of practical solutions have been set up step by step.which aim at the modernization of industry in our country. In our country there are many group companys.so it is very important and imperative to do research and development works of distributed ERP for group company. In a group company.there are many different kind of business affairs exchange between the branches different in region,between the branches different in function or between the branches different in rank.aiming at the characteristic of group company and also considering the status of software and hardware in these enterprise, this paper presents the model named BEIGC. In this model the ERP architecture is composed of some ERP system nodes. Every node manages the kinds of business affairs in one or more branches. And this paper separates the process of business exchange into three atomic phases which are managed by the logic process of correctness between the nodes involved. With the method of object analysis, this paper abstracts what are exchanged in business affairs among the nodes, and then set up a three tier hierarchical structure of objects named transactionobject.module object and info-set object. Then this paper analyzes the process of correctness controlling which organizes the three atomic phases in business affairs.Furthermore, this paper concrete the BEIGC model in combination with the fact of CHINA GRAIN RESERVES CORPORATION. After the detailed analyzing, this paper bring forth the instantiation of BEIGC model, which are developed in Financial Subsystem of CGC ERP, and also put forward the technique it employed.Finally, according to the performance of CGC ERP running in Sichuan branch and Ziyang branch of CGC, this paper bring forth some key data in test. And then it prospects some relevant problem and possible improvement that have not been involved in this paper.
