Study On The Design Of Overall Scheme And The Method Of Assistant Decision The Information For System Of General Ammunition Quality

The system for information management of general ammunition quality and the auxiliary decision is an important research project of the departmental "tenth five-years" quality work. The aim of this project is to improve the quality level of final ammunition product of the weapon system. Based on the participation in this research project, the analysis of system demand and the overall scheme design are analyzed and summarized in this paper.The main aims of the project are to complete the analysis of system function demand and the overall scheme design and to form the results of the software finally. The research contents of this paper are to build the model for the characteristic analysis of the product quality information and for the decision analysis.In this paper the demand of system function from headquarters users is given out through analyzing the work mode of users; the overall scheme is formed and the schemes of subsystems are discussed and analyzed through analyzing the function demand; and the mathematics model of executing these functions is put forward. The decision model is build for the index analysis of product performance, the qualified probability estimate, the product evaluation of comprehensive quality etc., Moreover, the application and the executing environment of these models are discussed and analyzed, and the executing effect of the partial models is estimated in this paper.This work of this paper involves many contents, including the comprehensive knowledge of the system development, statistic analysis, quality management, analysis and evaluation etc., especially, the quantitative evaluation of product quality and data digging on the analysis of product performance index are discussed actively and helpfully. The research contents of this paper provide a powerful support for the development of the department system.
