The management information system is an information system that effectively organizes data,optimizes business processes,integrates business and data management.Through years of development,the management information system technology has not only gained great progress,but also been applied to all aspects of society and life,improving the efficiency of all kinds of work.This laid a technical foundation for the information technology reform in some traditional industries.On the other hand,with the development of information technology,the information work of public security organs has made progress.But for some sensitive applications,such as management of guns and ammunition,it is still continue the pattern of human management,which not only reduces the gun management efficiency,but also increases the risk of errors in the present work.A feasible approach is to use management information systems to optimize specific business and integrate management related data,so as to improve the efficiency of business execution on the premise of guaranteeing data security and integrity.Actually,in view of the public security organ guns management,through optimizing the business process,the structure of the integration of the data organization,it can indeed improve the efficiency of the corresponding work.In this paper,the Baoshan city Long-Yang police station is chosen to be the example to discuss the design of the public security bureau guns management system.To elaborated the design method of the public security management information system of a particular situation.The aim is to provide a method for realizing information management of special public security business,and to expound its information system design method for specific applications.In the combination with the current situation of the management methods of gunsand ammunition,innovative research on the corresponding management information system design methods.The specific work includes:Firstly,the comprehensive measures for the management of the public security organ guns regulation of each system,combined with the accumulated experience in the existing gun and ammunition management models and existing deficiencies,have determined the basic process of guns and ammunition management information systems for the Public Security Bureau of Longyang District,Baoshan City.purchasing,outbound call of guns,gun spending library,and gun personnel management function modules and so on.According to the specific business process,builds the corresponding business flow diagram,and the corresponding system use case analysis is given.Second,according to the characteristics of the guns management business,we designing corresponding database system,in order to improve the ability of data organization and integration.Through designing E-R diagram and designing each relational model separately,the complex data involved in the management of firearms and ammunition can be integrated.Database design includes the complex data involved in the whole business process and carries on the effective storage design,so as to improve the efficiency of the whole management of guns.Above all,this paper not only realizes the informationization process of guns and ammunition management of traditional public security organs,but also for the various business management model optimization,this part also gives the concrete business logic design and database design.This is not only a mode of police guns management innovation,but also is the focus of this article and essential purpose.The final result shows that using management information system to integrate the management of guns and ammunition in public security organs is an effective method,which can not only improve the efficiency of public security work,but also improve the comprehensive management efficiency of gun management.
