At last, give a brief introduction of the working principle of Web technology, then combine the quality management system to three layer Web structure, which makes the General Construction Contractor Enterprise controls the whole information of quality management with Web browser, server and database.In a word, the paper establish a quality management system based on Web to collect, storage, process and analysis all the quality information cover the whole process of a construction project for the General Construction Contractor Enterprise, to provide foundations for quality management, share information between the project participating units and the enterprise, and also help the quality management department to make decisions.
