Research And Fulfillment Of Management System Of Software Project

In the all-way building information period, there is an increasing need for software projects, and there also comes a new requirement for the quality and productive efficiency of software productions. In order to meet this requirement, on the basis of the theories of software project management in existence , the author sums up experiences, analyzes the main contents of software project management and the existing problems, and set up a set of system adaptable to it.The present thesis, from the angle of software project, makes a study of the contents of software project management and analyzes the main factors of solving these problems. According to the requirement of software project management, the thesis makes a systematic analysis of demand, expatiating the whole structure and its plan to be actualized, and also designing software project manager for applied object. Simultaneously the thesis gives a detailed introduction to estimation of software cost; document administration; the plan of quality administration and its realization and the design of database. In the aspect of software project's cost accounting, considering that measurement standard of functional point in general use can't adapt to estimation of all sorts of projects, the author has improved the usage in controlling software of measurement standard of functional point. In order to manage and control all the documents of the whole system conveniently, to form version number automatically, a kind of document numbering rule is put forward in the document management. So the current status is in focus via document version number.
