Research On The Schedule Management Of Taxi Driver’s Service Quality Software Development Project In SY City

In recent years,along with the development of science and technology and the general improvement of people’s living standards,the transportation industry in our country has developed rapidly and gradually entered into a new stage.However,contrary to the development momentum,the taxi industry in our country is faced with an increasingly grim situation.The taxi industry is operated in monopoly,and the industrial service quality is decreasing constantly,while the taxi drivers are the main bodies to provide the service within the taxi industry,and their service quality influences the development of taxi industry directly.In 2011,"Taxi Service Quality and Credibility Evaluation Method(Trial)" from the ministry of Communications and "Taxi Management Method" from SY city were issued one after another.However,how shall we to implement the new laws truly and achieve the effect to improve the industrial service quality.As the industrial management department,how to establish the unified taxi driver’s service quality software development rapidly and in a high quality to have a prescribed restraints and unified evaluation on the various taxi drivers’ service quality is the key to solve the problem.The main research content of the paper comprises three aspects:(Ⅰ)SY City is cited as an example in the paper.The current situation of management in Taxi industry and the problems the industry is faced with are analyzed.It is pointed out in the paper that through the construction of project of taxi-driver service quality of SY City,the current service problems of taxi drivers of SY City will be resolved.(Ⅱ)In the paper,the development project of taxi-driver service quality of SY City is taken as research object.Though theoretical knowledge of project process management,process plan is worked out and optimized.(Ⅲ)In the paper,the process plan of development project of taxi-driver service quality of SY City is taken as a benchmark to carry out process control.Through finding out deviations by aiming at various problems in the execution process of project process plan and launching adjustment in time,the purpose that the project process plan is effectively controlled and the project process goal is achieved will be fulfilled.Specifically,the paper conducts the schedule management on the taxi driver’s quality and credibility assessment software project in SY city with the basic principle and basic method of project schedule management theory,formulates the project schedule plan,and optimizes the project schedule plan.For the problems appeared in the process to implement the project schedule plan,it finds out the deviation,timely adjusts,and formulates a series of project schedule plan control measure to strengthen the management and control of project schedule,thus controlling the project schedule plan effectively and realizing the project schedule goal.
