Collation And Annotation On Poems Of West House

This dissertation aims at collating and annotating on Poems of West House by Kuang Cheng, a famous poet in Lingui Guangxi, who is Jinshi in the second year of the reign of Daoguang in Qing Dynasty, and making an overall research on this basis, including the selecting of the versions, Kuang Cheng' s life , conduct and thought, and his achievements in the contents and the art forms of poem. Kuang cheng' s poems were rarely passed round for perusal, and few records about him were found, therefore, until now no systematic research has been made on him and his poems. For short of material, I try to seek and collect some clues from his poems as the theoretic basis. The method of textual research has been adopted to ascertain currently questionable events, such as the date of his birth, and his kinship with his brothers etc.
