Though its culture is not as extensive and profound as that in the central part of China, Guangxi?s culture enjoys strong regionalim and remarkable cultural, particularly literary, tradition. In history, Guangxi has given birth to taleuted people generation to generation. During Qing dynasty,literary creation was unprecedentedly fraitful, a big number of men of literatine and writing were spring up , Quangxi?s nationwide effect was formed and enlarged, which has aroused researchers attention in the past few years. Comparatively, as influential literature creation groups were not yet formed in early Qing dynasty, the literary creation in this period was not well known to the world, academic research to it was inevitably vacant. Xie Liangqi, a native of Quanzhou , Guangxi ,was once active in writing and won high remarks in early Qing dyrasty. However, Xie Liangqi lost his official position and was imposed with a fabricated charge. His losing his fame led to the ignorance of his work,Zuibaitang Collection of Poems and Writings. This is his undoubtedly a short in understanding Guangxi?s Literature in early Qing dynasty.Basing on errors correcting, punctuating and defining to Zaibaitang Collection of Poems and Writings, this paper analyzes and studies Xie Liangqi?s life, thoughts ,main content of creation and artistic style. With the purpose of affirming Xie Liangqi?s literature position, the paper intends to exert little contribution to the study of Guangxi local culture.
