The task comes from the first project of acrylic fiber-product testing line in Petro-China.The paper analyzes the nonlinear and uncertainty of the dancer roller system and puts forward the approach of multiple model control including classical control, fuzzy control, electric-driver vector control, according to the acrylic fiber-product arts and the control rules.The paper introduces the crylic fiber-product arts flow briefly and the elements of the fuzzy control and vector control. According to the result of the identification the system parameter, the paper designs the fuzzy controller and gives the result of the simulation and the application example in the project. The task includes the craft control, system modeling, parameter identification, numerical simulation and application in project, and so on.Although multiple model control approach has been used in the projects effectively, there are some problems, such as the modeling of the nonlinear system, stability of the multiple model system, switch model, adjust arithmetic. The resultof the problems depends on the study on the multiple model control approach.
