| According to the technology trend of computer control system and modern network, the article puts forward software project for Supervisory Control System, whose practical background is supervisory control system software in material testing center. The system model is introduced including three-tie star network based Browser/Server, and the architecture of network and locale workstation by the effective sustainable development pattern. Internet/Intranet/Extranet is considered as transmit channel to build Web Service tie, and to realize the communication and practical application between the local host PC and remote clients. The information system is improved for the present software environment and the new SCADA software is developed based on Web, which makes remote clients visit the test information in Internet/Intranet, changes the condition of the test equipments of like 'information-isolated island', and promotes the enterprise information project.SCADA software based on Web is analyzed and researched systematically in the thesis, including system architecture, software analysis and design, the full implementation of application system and simulative examination research.In chapter 1, the SCADA system, the Web technology and the up-to-date SCADA condition for material test are discussed firstly. Then the subject and the contents of the thesis are put forward.In chapter 2, by explaining the building and structure of network system, the whole design scheme is brought forward. Three-tie star network based Browser/Server model is considered according to the comparisons between information technology and control system development and the analysis of centralized network building. On the other hand, the design thinking of the application software based the network is showed and the leading roles of Web technology are informed.In chapter 3, the design and analysis of software system are put forward. The system models based object oriented technology and Unified Modeling Language (UML), are used to describe the system completely and abstractly from different directions for the full implement of software environment.In chapter 4, the component technology referred in former chapter is discussed in detail. Windows DNA and component division and design technology are explained,the components in the system models is devided and analyzed and the related codes taking curve-showing component is offered as an example.In chapter 5, the full implementation of application system is researched. The system is separated into three parts, including local superior control system, Web database server and remote control. The main troubles met are discussed in the course of programming and the components are applied into related modules, and the availability of the whole system is approved by the simulative examinations.At last, a brief summary and deep research direction are provided. |
