Key Technology Research On Remote Fault Diagnosis & E-Business Website

With the development of computer science, network and communication technologies, more and more distributed features have been provided to the fault diagnosis system. This thesis presents a remote distributed fault diagnosis system base on the J2EE platform, a e-business website which provides fault diagnosis products & services, and a customer relashionship management (CRM) system for the website.Efforts have been done to the basic framework and requirments of remote distributed fault diagnosis system. This thesis described the structure of remote distributed fault diagnosis system, and particularly discussed method of data interchange, knowledge resource share, distributed diagnosis and a application model use Java web start technology.A website for remote diagnosis and e-business and a CRM system are also presented. Deeply studies have been done to customer information management, promotion management, products and orders management and customer services management. The construction method use J2EE and EJB techonology is particularly discussed in this thesis.This thesis also discussed the application method of data warehouse and OLAP based on the SQL server and J2EE. Applied system has been built on the subject of products selling, promotion and customer service.Application of data mining method in the CRM system is discussed. A three-layer artifical neural netork use BP arithmetic has been built on J2EE platform. Use the network, this thesis analyzed the customer's potential.
