Remote State Monitoring & Fault Diagnosis System Of Swiveling Machine Based On JSP

The technology of fault diagnosis is a new intercross technical science. Since it was applied to industrial enterprises, it has brings great benefits to the social and economic development. With the development of computer and communication technology, the application of computer network is more and more common in modern society. The technology of Internet makes the study and application of remote fault diagnosis (RFD) become possible. JSP develops quickly in modern network application with its perfect performance. JSP provides us a new method to develop the remote fault diagnosis system.The paper discusses the study and implement of the RFDS based on JSP. The paper consists of the following parts: (1) Using the improved LZSS compression arithmetic to implement the remote transmission of spot data. (2) The design and realization of the remote monitoring system based on JSP. In the remote monitoring system, the running state can be real-time displayed with the technology of JSP and database connection pool. (3) Using the method of frequency spectrum analysis and remote matching to diagnose fault. The Web server analyses and processes the data and acquires the fault character through the Brower.Basing on these technologies, the paper develops the remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system.
