Remote Distribute Test System And Fault Diagnosis

The remote distributed test system based on the technology of LabVIEW is set up in this paper, and this system can do remote fault diagnosis. All the work is based on the study of the architecture of remote distributed test system and the simulation of fault diagnosis.The research work of this paper involves mainly the following four aspects:The first part investigates the present situation of the architecture of remote distributed test system and the methods of fault diagnosis. Some key technologies are brought forward to develop the new kinds of ATS and point out the direction of the development of ATS. The main study points are outlined in this part.The second part emphasises on remote distributed test system. First its components of hardware are studied and also its software characteristics, then what area can different kind of remote distributed test system be used is discussed. At last bring forward a new model of remote distributed test system: remote distributed test system based on the technology of LabVIEW, include the consistent of the hardware and the structure of the software. The remote detection of rectangle wave can be done by this system.The meyhods of fault diagnosis are discussed in the third part, and this part also contains an example of the fault diagnosis of the missile control system by the method of observer-based fault diagnosis. The example contains: sensor fault, parameter change of the object. Compared the simulation result with the theory analysis then validate whether the observer-based fault diagnosis is feasible and effevtive.The remote fault diagnosis system is studied in the fourth part and the key problems are solved in this part. With the support of the results of the simulation, the flow chart can be received. Programme is edited and used to make the remote diagnosis come true.
