Now the radar station of The Air Force?s radar repair rely mainly on the technicians?experience and knowledge, with the help of some simple instruments and tools to complete the repair. When faced with some difficult fault that can not be excluded, the higher authorities have to sent technicians with repair facilities and equipment to support repair, this mode is laborious and time-consuming, affecting the normal order of force readiness training, some necessary reforms should be carried out. To establish a radar remote fault diagnosis expert system to diagnose the faults of radar, in different places, guide the on-site repair personnel to complete the troubleshooting. This will improve troubleshooting efficiency, reducing the cost of repairing radar. This paper studied deeply the radar remote fault diagnosis expert system?s realization method.This system combines the traditional expert system technology and Web technology, based on the structure?working principle?fault features of the radar, A practical remote fault diagnosis software is designed combined with the fault diagnosis of the human expert's practical experience. The expert system consists of knowledge base ? inference engine ? explanation machine ? global database and human-computer interface. The main work of this paper is a design and implementation method of expert system consists of several modules; the two is the connection technology of expert system and network design, the use of Dreamweaver8 software to complete the Webpage production expert system based on man-machine interface.This paper mainly adopts the method to realize the following design: the design of knowledge base in knowledge acquisition using artificial way to obtain, completed by the knowledge engineer; The fault tree analysis technique is introduced to create a knowledge base of the expert system, first establishes a certain type of radar transmitter fault tree model, knowledge representation using the method of fault tree + rule. Use SQL Server 2000 to create the database of the expert system(knowledge base and global database). Using abductive process to designed the expert system?s inference engine. Designed the process of the system ? s fault diagnosis. The realization of the explanation function of expert system by prefabricating text. Using prolog language as the programming language. This paper using Web technology and Active Server Pages(ASP) connection and operation of remote expert system. In this paper the expert system design as a website form.Network architecture uses the current popular B/S(Browser/server) mode. Access to expert system using ASP internal components of the ADO database, using ASP script program expert system application program call.After the completion of expert system, In the primary radar station equipped with a browser, using existing military network connects the browser and the Web server of the expert system, Request radar station technical personnel fault diagnosis expert system through the browser remote login, can realize remote fault diagnosis of radar.
