Secondly, itsummarizes several typical faults and features of rotating machinery, and it adoptstime domain analysis, frequent domain analysis and time-frequency analysis ofvibration signal to extract fault characteristic parameters, mainly research the signalprocessing method based on wavelet and wavelet packet, and selects characteristicparameters to fault diagnosis; According to the curse of dimensionality problemcaused by fault characteristic parameters, the paper introduces Fisher’s DiscriminantRatio to select the most optimal fault characteristic parameters; The paper chooses anintelligent diagnosis method based on HMM/SVM model. By simulation experiments, it tests some main function of systemand has realized remote login, fault diagnosis and results quering, and obtains goodeffect.
