Study On Multi_Body Dynamic Simulation Of The Working Equipments Of The Pipe Crane

With the development of energy sources industry, energy sources convenient to convey by pipeline, such as petroleum , natural gas , play a more important part in national economy. What's more, a large set of pipeline projections included West-East Gas Pipelines Projection will start working or have started. So as an important pipeline construction machine, pipe crane is paid more attention. But existing home-produced pipe cranes are mostly imitative, and short of credible theoretic design calculation. Therefore, their mechanical quality, performance and weight-hoisting are difficult to meet the demands of pipeline construction.As a new technique of Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE), the advantages of virtual prototyping technology are as follows. It can simplify the design processes of machine products, shorten the exploit period, reduce cost and obviously improve quality and systemic performance.This paper includes: on the basis of TY160C bulldozer made in Tianjin Construction Machinery Works, completing the design and intensity verifying of DGSY-25 pipe crane; using high-grade 3-dimensional plotting software UG (Unigraphics) to sculpt; using ADAMS (Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems) to establish virtual prototyping model and do dynamic simulation, and verifying the feasibility of this design precept and provide the basis for trial-manufacture of physical prototyping. At the same time, still simulating all kinds of danger operating mode in the course of production, which provides the theoretical foundation for rationally selecting ballast type to prevent the occurrence of overturn accidents.
