Research And Implementation Of Office Automation System Based On Knowledge Management

The office automation is an important part in enterprise information system construction. Knowledge Management is the requirements of enterprise for adapting themselves to development. And it is also the goals of the enterprise information system construction. Combining OA with Knowledge Management to construct the office automation system based Knowledge Management is the development trend in the new generation of OA system. For integration OA with Knowledge Management, made knowledge management play an import role and also made OA get a great improvement.In this paper, firstly, we have demonstrated the main contents of OA & Knowledge Management, and then introduce a model that based on knowledge management; Finally, the article has shown us a concrete example: a system of Power House. It was a project that I had done last year. It included the management of the main business and realized the accumulation & share of the main business-knowledge and reuse of knowledge.
