Design On The Cell Manufacture System Based On Agent

Cell manufacturing (CM) is an innovative manufacturing mode that has appeared to modern manufacturing strategy and also is effective way for transforming the state-owned big-and-middle-sized manufacturing enterprise of our country. In the past decades, many manufacturing enterprise of home or abroad make the CM as one effective means to raising the production system effectiveness. But, the coordination and control mechanism of traditional CM system can not be very good to fit the constantly aggravating of customization requirement, thus placed restrictions on raising further of production efficiency. This thesis try hard to explore one kind of new design and management method of CM system and the better suits the dynamic change of requirement.This thesis takes the cellular reconstruction in No. 1 processing workshop in the mechanical limited company of zhang-ji-kou coal mine as object and use the related research fruit of home and abroad for reference It put forward the entire scheme of cellular reconstruction on the basis of fully analyzing the inside- and-outside conditions and questions of the No. 1 processing workshop. In this dissertation, the questions such as agent structure and its function, MAS structure, the system integration based on agent, cell design and cell management etc are studied. Finally being amt at the concrete circumstances of No. 1 processing workshop, it design the assessment index, appraises and analyses the scheme and then reaches the conclusion.
