In recent years, with the further development of internet, the development of distributed application is more and more focused on. Thereinto ,CORBA technology and mobile Agent technology are both the hotspot that is being reseached by people.CORBA's independence on platform makes it implement interoperation between distributed objects through different networks, machines and operating systems. But CORBA doesn't breakthrough radically the limitation of remote evaluating and doesn't make codes mobile. However, it is the abilty to make codes mobile that is the Mobile Agent's characteristic. It breakthroughs completely the limitation of remote evaluating and make the Agent mobile. After analysising the theory and characteristics of the CORBA and Mobile Agent technologies, the paper brings forward firstly a kind of Mobile Agent architecture-CoMa,and gives the solution to CoMa's asynchronous transfer, concurrent control, naming, location and intelligence mechanism in detail.Furthermore, aiming at making up the flaws of the application servers based on CORBA in distributed group environment and solving the problem of object's remotion on the CORBA server, the paper proposes a kind of CORBA architecture based on Mobile Agent-MaOrb,discusses naming and transparent transfer of mobile agent in a MaOrb system in detail, and gives a reasonable improvement method. Finally,a system model is designed in order to apply the application server based on MaOrb to the loading parallel. In this model,MaOrb's the ability of multithreading is extended further and combined skillfully with the loading parallel's design idea ,which improves group system's performance.
