In recent years, the application of computer image analysis technology become wider and wider, the important in all is that application to the biological and medical fields, extracting biological and medical information and getting quantitative analyzed results from image are the typical application. The article aim at the computer analysis of gel electrophoresis image, based on surveying the exiting condition and state and on computer analysis overseas and home, and discourse upon theory and experiment of image acquisition and processing and analysis.In this dissertation, the main work includes:(1) Computer image analysis and electrophoresis technology surveyIntroduce the course of electrophoresis technology combining with computer image processing and significance; Expound all kinds of analysis methods of electrophoresis and their characteristic; Form the research and experiment scheme of the subject.(2) Gel electrophoresis image acquisition system designCompare the image acquisition method based on image acquisition card. CCD to the method based on digital camera, give out their shortcomings and virtues. Dissertate the Second-times development course of digital camera control interface.(3) Image processingIntroduce basic theory and method of computer image processing, and discuss the application to the analysis and processing of gel electrophoresis image.(4) Realization of analysis function of imageBring forward the arithmetic of molecular weight in image analysis, and dissertate the whole course of molecular weight calculation, and give out the flow of program, educe experiment result.
