Image signal acquisition and processing,which have been widely used in scientific research,industrial and agricultural production, health, public safety and other fields,require a high-speed imaging system to complete. In recent years, the rapid development of information, whether on business or individuals have had a significant impact. Photocopying as a digital tool equipment become increasingly important in people's lives.A good photocopying equipment can greatly meet the needs of life and bring convenience to life. Therefore this paper will design a digital camera image acquisition and processing system, through this system to accomplish image information collection and processing.This article first compares the difference between digital camera and a scanner, and analyzes the structure of digital cameras,further proof of the digital image acquisition technology can be more appropriate than scanner in pre-press fields as image acquisition and processing technology. Emphasis on the characteristics of image sensor, it is because of its characteristics make it can acquisition to the relatively clear images, this is further improved image acquisition system.In system design, this paper introduces how to choose the digital camera, how to determine the light path system, high throughput identification computer interface USB2.0 data transfer.Through the analysis of the areas referred to above,some proper elements was selected for testing, the information of image was maximum guarantee.This paper focuses on analysis of several common types of distortion,and study several correction methods to fix these.high-order polynomial coordinate transformation, non-uniform piecewise polynomial approximation algorithms, radial distortion calibration algorithm was used to correct the acquisition image, and this paper shows the analysis of the effect of above algorithms.Through the analysis of experimental results:Through the analysis of experimental results and contrast knowable. (1) polynomial non-uniform subdivision approximation algorithm than other algorithms time-consuming small. This algorithm can be divided in images of approximation precision rules under the premise of guaranteed minimum preservation model parameters occupy the space. But its model is fixed. In short:without considering other cases, single distortion of correction, short time but precision insufficient; Joint corrected image effect is currently processing superior method and meet the design requirements, it can meet the need.
