This is a medium society, mass media's development already changed the traditional society's communication way and the cultural communication way, and the middle-school students have had the unprecedented dependence to the medium. The medium had already become "the social relations intermediary which" that McQuail announced. Its influence already shone to each corner of the Social organization and life .Human's field of vision is limited, the world is broad boundless. In the limited space and the time, the young people are unable to understand the cognition world by oneself infinite splendid and the broad and profound culture, therefore, know the exterior world gradually through the mass media.The middle-school student growth period with specific psychology individuality, had decided that its value idea is extremely easy to receive in the mass media included the movie and television culture influence. Through the massive questionnaire survey, this article performs in data analysis with the realistic society's observation, based in the middle-school student community's cognition stratification plane, therefore hoped that can obtain a influence panorama that movie and television culture to the middle-school students values,This article divides into three parts to launch the elaboration:The first part mainly explains the middle-school student values and the movie and television culture under the new situation, the paper begins to analyze from movie and television culture being popular with the characteristic, relates middle-school student's growth characteristic, as well as approaching between the movie and television culture and its psychological anticipated ,seeks for both conjunction ,and through the analysis cruising data, to obtains the new generation middle-school student's value idea.The second part bases in Cultivation theory ,the paper analyzed the movie and television culture contain the function to person's value idea, then walked into the middle-school student community, then explore the advantage and the shortcoming that related film and television contained to the middle-school student, and has made the exhaustive microscopic -like explanation separately from several aspects.The third part of paper which constructs emphatically, hoped that seeks one solution properly to help the middle-school student during the first two parts of analyses. This part mainly carried on the solution by separately from the movie and television culture internal factor, the periphery environment, audiences' angle, thus guides the young people to establish one kind positive and conforms to the time development value idea, while enjoying healthy element of the movie and television culture.
