The Values Education For The Youth Under The Movie And Television Culture's Effcet

The youth of nowadays have been growing up with the company of movie and television culture.Movie and television culture deeply gets involved in their socialization and maturation,gradually related closely to the youth.They are affected and misled recklessly in regard of value conception by the negative effects of the culture,meanwhile,absorbing a lot of positive effects from the movie and television culture.Those emerging violence,fictitious plays on urban life and idols are producing large amounts of negative effects,leading to teenager's total alienation on values such as their views on life and moral and historical judgement.This phenomenon is longing for the due attention and study from educators and those who concern with the teenagers.This thesis consists of four parts:The first part:This part explains the intension,characteristic and type of the Youth value,as well as the value characteristic in three points:special sense of the identity, social historic,relative stability.The second part:This part discusses the connotation of movie and television culture and their interrelations with the youth.It primarily explains movie and television's characteristics of the immediacy,compatibility,instantaneity and popularity,then describes movie and television's function from entertainment, education,appreciation.Finally through the data of survey on the culture's involvement in the youth's life,the paper further expounds the influence of the involvement upon their values.The third part:This part mainly introduces the influence of movie and television culture on the youth's values,and analyses the attribution of the culture's negative influence upon the youth's values.This part discusses the positive influence in two points:one is aesthetic value conception,the other is moral conception.This part of the paper analyses the culture's negative influence on the youth's values from violence on screen,fictitious plays on urban life and idols and a lot of foreign cultures.And it analyses the attribution of the culture's negative influence upon the youth's values from the following points:the alienation of movie and television culture;the value education being carried out inefficiently on campus;the fault of family education;deficiency of government managing on media.The forth part:The countermeasures of the youth's values education under the influence of movie and television culture.This part is about the solutions on the basis of introduction of the problem,reflection and analysis.The exploration and consideration of this part is aiming at school,family,government and media,which are the key points of discussion.
