Reading can broaden eye-sight, increase intelligence, open heart and cultivate the temperament.Writing can express one's emotion. Reading and writing have close relationship and they can help mutually.But according to the investigation and analysis of Chinese reading and writing teaching, there isn't enough motivation for students to read, they don't develop regular reading habits and sometimes read in the wrong ways. The main reason is that the social circumstance has a great negative impact on students'reading. Philosophy of school education influences students' reading, teachers'lack of guidance lead to students reading in a lazy state. Parents great expectation results in students'inefficiency in reading. Still there are also teachers in writing instruction lack of passion and creative thinking, so when guiding students the necessary participation is not involved. Besides, the composition evaluation system is also a big problem. But the increased academic pressure demands creation.For the problems, we define the reading and writing teaching objectives. We want not only to free students to read, meet individual needs but also create personalized reading atmosphere, inspire them to read independently, what's more we are there to expand space for students to read, guide them to think uniquely which means they'd hold new conception, think deeply, be open-minded, rich in literary and so on.To achieve the goal, we explore from two aspects which refer to personalized reading and writing. On personalized reading, we promote to respect for the text so that students can read individually, give them right questions and plenty of time to experience only to help them look forward to the text, listen to the text, and rich the text. Teachers must care andrespect the students' personality and human autonomy, establish the "people first" philosophy of reading teaching, recognize and appreciate of the uniqueness of people, as well as respecting the students' experience. We need to deal with the relationship between readers and writers, teachers and students, and the relationship between reading and life. During study in high school personal essay, we want to make writing class a stage to show personality, help the students build a sense of social responsibility while facing nature and thinking history, of course we'd make sure the two directions of writing are art and life experience. The article is ordered according to the "What, Why and How", it is well-organized and full of both objects and feelings. The personalized writing should be made up of personalized proposition, language of instruction, and comment.Finally, I propose a two-way combination of reading and writing. First of all, pay attention to personalized writing in the classroom, help students to build the foundation of good writing habits from "Reading", secondly, guide-them to promote custom of writing by "Speaking", then stimulate the habit of writing through various forms. In the article, I put forward three personalized reading and writing methods which are comment-style, essay-style and creation-style, and come up with six forms of creation including criticism, comparing, representation, poetic expression and so on.
