The Clinical Study Of Surrounded Suture And Suspension For The Treatment To 2nd Or 3th Stage Mixted Hemorrhoid

Objective:To observe the curative effect of surrounded suture and suspension for the treatment to 2nd or 3th stage mixted hemorrhoid and discuss its mechanism.Metbods:Sixty patients of 2nd or 3th stage mixted hemorrhoids were divided into two groups with the principles of randomized controlled. Trial group (30 cases)was treated by surrounded suture and suspension; Control group (30 cases) was treated by conventional surgery (Milligan-Morgan). The treatment effects and complications were compared between the two groups, such as the overall clinical efficacy, time of operation, blood loss in operation, postoperative complications, wound healing time, hospital duration,anal function,anal bulge and so on.Results:the overall clinical efficacy, bleeding and prolapse in one month, time of operation, edema of anal margin, bowel, anal function and anal bulge were not different(P>0.05). Postoperative hemorrhoids volume and wound morphology in one mouth in the control group were obviously better than that in the study group(P< 0.05). Postoperative anus pain, urine, bleeding in 10 days, blood loss in operation, hospital duration,wound healing time in the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:because of protecting anal cushion and the dentate line, surrounded suturing and suspensing not only can cure 2nd or 3th stage mixed hemorrhoids,at the same time,it can protect anal function well,reduce the postoperative complications.So,It's an effective procedure. Hemorrhoidal artery are ligated while anal cushions declined are repaired, what's more,it do not do substantive incision, so it can obviously improve the cure rate, speed the wound healing time, It is a simple, minimally invasive, safe, effective, economic and humane treatment, but also suitable for the majority of primary hospital.
