The Clinical Observation Of The Minimally Invasive External Dissection And Elastic Thread Ligation For Hemorrhoids Which Based On The Two Kinds Of Main Pathogenesis Of Hemorrhoids

Objective Evaluate the clinical effects by comparating the difference of the minimally invasive treatment of loop ligature and stripping surgery and the Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy for mixed hemorrhoids.Methods To conform to the standards in 60 patients using stochastic method were randomly divided into experimental group with 30 subjects which were treated with the minimally invasive treatment of loop ligature and stripping surgery and control group with 30 patients which were treated with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy.Compare and observe the amount of both groups of postoperative incisions,complications which including anal pain,bleeding,uroschesis,edema and pendant expansion feeling and presence of anal incontinence and stricture.Record have or not the presence of incision infection and other adverse events and each incision healing time.Results The general condition including gender,age,the syndrome of TCM and the degree of hemorrhoids had no statistical significance between groups(P>0.05).The treated effect of two groups was no difference(P < 0.05).The postoperative complications,such as anal pain,bleeding,edema and pendant expansion feeling between groups all had statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Experimental group is better than the control group.The differences of two groups of the uroschesis and the anus functions had no statistical significance between groups(P>0.05).No infection occurred in both groups.Experimental group is faster than the control group on the incision healing time.Conclusion Compared with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy,the minimally invasive treatment of loop ligature and stripping surgery is an ideal method to treat mixed hemorrhoids,which preserves the dentate line integrallty,does not damage the anus function,and shortens the incision healing time.It not only relieves and eliminates the clinical symptoms effectively,but also prevents the postoperative complications.
